Order Procedure
• There is No minimum order quantity.

• No orders are dispatched without payment being received.
We post out twice a week.

Pricing
• All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive.

Faulty Items
• When you receive your goods we request you unpack all stock and report any faulty items within 2 days. A written confirmation of the following information - code, colour, price, quantity - is required by either email or fax.

Returns
We will happily refunds, exchange an item or issue a credit note if your purchase does not meet your expectations and only under the following conditions:
• A valid receipt (original or copy) must be enclosed for all returns.
• Goods for exchange must be in 'as sold' condition, unused and unaltered.
• Refund is available only on faulty goods.

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify you of this by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers you have provided to us. We will refund any money paid using your original payment method. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
