In the film, all audience members ever got to see of the Wicked Witch of the East were her Ruby Slippers and striped stockings. Inspired by those details, Barbie doll looks positively bewitching in a ruby red dress with an emblem on her chest that pays homage to the art deco architecture of the Emerald City.

A black hat sits atop her mane of wavy locks. Black-and-white striped stockings and sparkly Ruby Slippers complete the look, of course! Barbie presents this special doll with original music from the movie.
